suggested the separation
of corporation from state
to a businessman—he
looked shocked as if
I’d separated the master
from his administration
building or wanted to
separate a congenital
defect from its cancer
ridden host coming
down with increased
corporate sickness
planned and fanned on
like fire accelerant for
countless generations.
